Meet Our Team

Kenny
Owner
Kenny’s path into the automotive industry wasn’t planned, but it became his calling. After formal training in bodywork and paint and hands-on experience in a body shop, he stepped in to help run the family business during a difficult time. Over the next 12 years, Kenny built deep expertise in customer service, sales, logistics, and operations. In 2020, he led the shop through one of its most challenging periods and ultimately stepped into ownership.
Outside of work, Kenny enjoys time with his fiancé Sandra, their daughter Harper, and fishing on his boat.

Ken
Retired Owner
Ken’s passion for cars began at age 12, when he asked for a toolbox instead of toys. That early interest grew into a lifelong career spanning decades as a master technician, shop foreman, and service director. He earned Master ASE and L1 Advanced certifications, state inspection credentials, and numerous industry honors, including induction into the WMDA Hall of Fame.
In 1989, Ken opened his own shop to provide automotive service built on integrity and quality. Today, he proudly passes the torch to his son Kenny, confident in the future of the business.

Victor
Shuttle Driver
Victor joined the Auto Sense family after moving to the United States from Bolivia in 2001. With more than two decades of experience and a strong work ethic, he is proud to be part of a team built on unity, dedication, and mutual respect.

He values the camaraderie at Auto Sense and takes pride in contributing to a workplace where everyone is committed to doing great work for every customer.

After gaining experience in automotive parts and repair, she found her professional home at Auto Sense. Driven by curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, Hailey takes pride in delivering her best every day.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, who inspire and motivate her both personally and professionally.

Phil
Service Manager
Phil brings nearly three decades of experience to the automotive service industry after beginning his career unexpectedly in the early 1990s, inspired by an exceptional customer experience. Over the years, he developed a strong commitment to integrity and customer care, values that ultimately led him to Auto Sense. Phil hopes to remain with the team through retirement, drawn by the way both employees and clients are treated.
Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his wife Mindy, serving as a church deacon, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Phil
Technician
Phil has always loved building and problem-solving, a passion that started with legos, which grew into a career in automotive repair. He is a Maryland State Inspector and ASE Certified technician, with a particular interest in gear and axle work. Phil enjoys hands-on challenges both at work and at home, where he recently became a homeowner and is embracing home projects as his newest long-term hobby.
Outside the shop, he stays active with dirt biking, snowboarding, and sporting clay shooting.
Dellon
Technician
Dellon discovered his passion for cars at a young age, working alongside his grandfather and learning the value of hands-on craftsmanship. After high school, he earned an associate degree through CCBC’s Global Automotive Training program and gained experience at an off-road shop installing lift kits, turbos, superchargers, and custom exhaust systems. Dellon joined Auto Sense to continue expanding his skills and knowledge. He is ASE certified and working toward becoming a Maryland State Inspector.
Outside of work, he enjoys the gym, hunting, fishing, and dreams of owning a 1969 Dodge Coronet.

Logan
Technician
Logan always knew he wanted to be a dad, even before he knew what career path he would choose. After studying electrical and welding at Center of Applied Technology North, he completed an electrical apprenticeship before transitioning into the automotive industry, specializing in off-road Jeeps.
Wanting to expand his knowledge, Logan joined Auto Sense, where he is now ASE certified and a Maryland State Inspector. He is pursuing additional certifications in EV and light diesel vehicles.
